As the new Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will report to the Conveyancing Manager on a day to day basis.
We have a vacancy at Carlisle and one at Penrith.
About you:
Minimum 1 years’ experience (but all levels considered including more senior) of working in an admin role.
Minimum 1 years’ experience (but all levels considered including more senior) of working in a client care/customer service environment.
Minimum 1 years’ experience (but all levels considered including more senior) of working in a Residential Conveyancing role.
Able to always provide exceptional levels of customer service.
Able to work to deadlines.
Has an eye for detail.
Computer Literate.
Able to prioritise workloads.
Willingness to adhere to and surpass administration targets.
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Polite and professional telephone manner.
Enthusiastic with a real desire to want to learn and develop.
