We are SKS LAW LTD based in Leicester. We are into Immigration law and carry out various applications from both on retail and Business perspective. Our Immigration Business is growing and we need talented inter/apprentices to meet the business demands. The intern candidate will be talented, and motivated and will have a learning attitude to gel in within the already existing team of paralegals.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls.
- Organize, appointments, Plan meetings, and take detailed minutes.
- Write emails, correspondence, and letters.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- make online applications.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies, new deals, and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Liaise with paralegals to handle requests and queries.

Requirements

o Competent in office management systems.
o Can use office equipment.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office.
o Time management skills.
o Prioritise work.
o Precision to details with problem-solving skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Salary: for intern and apprentices, Hourly rate of £5.28 to £8.60
