Legal Case Manager
From £25,000 plus incentive scheme up to £2,500 after probation, with excellent benefits and progression opportunities (Work Level 6B)

We're looking for case managers to join our Co-op Legal Services probate team. You don't need legal experience for this role, as we'll provide full training to get you up to speed.

In this role, you'll provide legal and administrative support to our customers following a bereavement. We'll look to you to manage each case from beginning to end, discussing the estate of the deceased, and keeping in continuous contact with the customer. You'll make a real difference to customers lives at a time when they need us most, and as a growing business we're passionate about developing our colleagues through our internal career progression framework. What you'll do

* take ownership of your own caseload and deliver on targets that drive the best outcomes for our customers
* be supported by the latest technologies, including AI, to assist you in the management of files
* work closely with customers (via phone or in writing), taking an empathetic approach given their recent circumstances
* use a case management system to manage your work, making sure it's always accurate and up to date
* engage with third parties, in particular financial institutions, and government bodies
* prepare the forms and documents required to keep cases moving forward and keep track of financial transactions

Family Law Solicitor

Due to continued growth of our Family law team, we're looking for solicitors to join us at Co-op Legal Services across a variety of levels, from newly qualified up to Senior level.

In this role, you'll manage a variety of new and existing family caseloads end to end with a client focused approach to targets. * qualified as solicitor / CILEX qualified, with experience in handling privately funded family law matters

We're looking for enthusiastic legal assistants to join our estate planning administration teams at Co-op Legal Services.

As a legal administrator, you'll support case handlers and the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks, and most importantly looking after our clients. You don't need any legal experience to be successful in this role however you'll gain great exposure to a variety of legal work. * support the case handlers with a variety of client and third-party communications and administrative work

Job Description

Mitie has a great opportunity for a Relief Retail Security Officer to join the Total Security Management Team.

Relief Security Officers must be available to cover various shift patterns as well as being flexible in their approach to working locations and potential changes to working patterns.

Main Duties

-The relief security officer will demonstrate their character as determined, trustworthy, attentive and approachable at all times when welcoming clients and customers - ensuring ID badges are created, allocated and collected when appropriate.

-As the first point of contact for to all customers and clients, the security officer must be geographically aware of their local surroundings.

-Travel to various retail client sites to cover sickness, holiday and provide support to the core team when required.

-Must be able to man the phones, emails, IT systems, CCTV and Alarms, doors and car park if need be.

-The support security officer must spot and stop all suspicious sightings or potential criminal activity and retain full control until the arrival of emergency services.

-Report to the Security Operations Manager - they must record, report and escalate all sightings and arrests on a regular basis.

-The relief security officer will need to be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude.

-The relief security officer should be able to work on own initiative.

-Retail Security experience.

-Ability to travel to various sites.

-Flexible Approach to work to suit the business needs.

-Excellent communication skills are required both written and verbal.

-It is important the Security Officer is calm under pressure.

-Understand the Health and Safety at Work Act, relevant Criminal, Civil Law and Police and Criminal Evidence Act.

-Door Supervision or Security Guarding License essential.

-A Full UK Driving licence is preferred.
