Service Care Solutions is working alongside a growing Local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are seeking a Legal Officer for its Economies & Environment Legal Team. This role could be the perfect opportunity for you to progress in your legal career. Please find further details below with regard to this position.
This role pays a competitive rate of £20 an hour umbrella depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload including sales under Right to Buy legislation, enfranchisement and leases.
- Able to work under pressure and complete all duties as a legal officer.
- Deal with cases from start to completion.
About you:
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- Good understanding in Right to buy legislation, enfranchisement and leases as a legal officer.
- Ability to work with some supervision and to display initiative
