Philips is moving from our current Third-Party Screenings Program (DDP 1.0) to a new Third Party Screenings Program (DDP 2.0).   Philips will leverage the latest technology, automation, and risk assessment techniques to ensure we can effectively understand and successfully mitigate risks associated with doing business with its external third parties. This position will partner with the Program Lead to drive the program towards successful completion.  This role will require you to leverage your experience and effective program management techniques and resources to ensure that our locally (Amsterdam) and globally based team is always aligned and focused on our ultimate goal of reducing Philips’ third-party risk exposure.

In your role you will:

• Develop and implement the program governance framework (i.e., decision making process via Steerco, program team, workstreams etc. as well as involvement of zones/regions, business, function stakeholders as required

• Plan and design the program and proactively monitor its overall progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions.

• Ensure that the overall program timelines are updated as needed based upon latest program developments.

• Ensure day-to-day management of the program including supervising and controlling the program progress (i.e., managing and chairing the meetings, maintaining trackers etc.)

• Manage stakeholders and cascade relevant, regular messaging about the program status and the next steps, on-time and to the right audience so that the entire organization is aware of the DDP 2.0 program, how it will impact them, and what their roles and responsibilities will be under this new program.

At Regions, the Cybersecurity Cloud Security Engineer contributes to the advancement of Cybersecurity strategy. The primary focus of this role includes developing, communicating, and implementing robust and secure cloud continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. The Police Officer provides internal and external safety/police functions to support the general safety of the hospital community to include participation in investigations and arrests when warranted. Patrol is assigned an area and responds to radio and/or telephone calls for routine and/or emergency assistance.

• Assigned patrol within facilities and the campus property including parking areas to maintain a police presence while being on alert for criminal activity and/or the need for assistance.

• Maintains the facility's lost and found. Secures valuable property to ensure that it is not lost, tampered with, or stolen. May be required to transport money to and from designated bank. Morgue pickups and release to Funeral Homes and Coroner. Assist with the air ambulance landing.

• Monitor and review security cameras and alarms.

A part-time Security Guard is primarily responsible for maintaining a post to greet and direct visitors and guest of the Baltimore Convention Center to events and area attractions while ensuring the facility is properly secured and that no unauthorized individuals are in restricted areas. This position assists Public Safety Officers with maintaining order, manning post, and enforcing Policies and Procedures, both inside and outside of the Convention Center Buildings and grounds.   

Incumbents receive moderate supervision and training from the Public Safety Supervisors to prepare them in becoming a full time Public Safety Officers. Part Time Security Guards work on an as needed basis; however, must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.  Work requires moderate exertion with prolonged periods of standing. Work is performed indoors and outdoors where there is exposure to inclement weather. The candidate must be able to work in all weather conditions. This position does not involve apprehending and/or arresting persons engaged in illegal activity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Greets and directs visitors and guests to events and area attractions.
• Provides customer service and answers event related questions to internal and external guests.
• Alerts Public Safety Officers, Supervisors, and/or appropriate authorities when needed.
• Monitors and directs vehicle and pedestrian traffic at loading docks and front drive.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, contractors, and facility users.
• Assists in monitoring closed circuit surveillance system and indoor alarm panel.
• Provides and controls access to all entrances of the Convention Center.
• Secures doors, checks ID’s and issues temporary badges, and monitors building systems.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Public Safety Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED Certificate.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year of security or Law Enforcement experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to comfortably interact with internal and external customers.
• Stay alert while in a post and be able to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.

• Ability to walk long distances, remain in standing position for extended periods of time, and to climb multilevel stairwells.

You are responsible to:

• Develop and maintain robust security controls to protect Philips business from security breaches/ incidents.

• Deliver security demand from the business for security controls.

• Gather Security Management Framework and information security architectural requirements and drive compliance of Enterprise IT systems against those requirements.

• Manage risk profile of the IT-systems and Suppliers

• Drive education and awareness activities across platform and Enterprise IT.

• Evaluate new cybersecurity threats and IT trends and develops effective security controls.

• Establish regular governance with service owners to review security controls status

• Analyze application end to end, prepare threat modeling (STRIDE, PASTA & DREAD) based on different risk scenarios and dirve to fix those risks

• Cloud Security Management that includes Security Posture Management, Security Baseling, Code validation for Infra As a Code, Golden Image, Key Management, NACL, NSG, Native Security Dashboard Firewall Management, Docker Security, Kubernetes securtiy

• Prepare security use cases / functional requirements that new solutions need to meet. Validate those requirements are met when the solution is delivered

• Perform API Security testing that includes – API inventory, logging and monitoring, API Gateway Security, API Services Security.

• Exposure to network security which includes network segmentation, DDoS, Network Devices Security Baselining and monitoring, firewall rules review for any deviation.

• Application Security – integration of security tooling with CI/CD pipeline, review of security reports and follow-up to get them closed, DAST, SAST, Web Services Security, Security Focused Testing, Security Code Review etc.

• Identify risk with authentication and authorization protocols, mitigate risks with legacy authentication, design conditional access policy

• Management of foundational security tooling e.g. tools like Defender, EDR, Vuln Mgmt, CMDB agent.

• Perform Defensive / Offensive assessment on IT environment/applications to simulate attacks from real threat actors.

• Perform attack pattern analysis based on MITRE Attack framework, support solution development to address the pattern

• Define Data Protection roadmap and work with architecture to meet the requirement. Deploy data protection tools like CASB, DLP etc.
