PRIMARY PURPOSE: To serve as a command headquarters level senior program analyst, applying Air Force military rated aviator experience, to plan, organize, and determine necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned major command program(s).

DUTIES:

1. Applying Air Force military rated aviator experience, analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned major command program(s).

• Serves as senior closed microphone reporter, utilizing a closed microphone and voice recognition technology to record high speed dictation at various types of informal and formal legal proceedings, such as courts-martial, grievance hearings, and investigation boards
