Job Description: 

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Senior Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Legal Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our legal operations by conducting research, drafting legal documents, managing cases, and providing administrative support to our legal professionals. 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct legal research on various issues and prepare summaries of findings. 
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence. 
• Assist in managing cases by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and preparing for hearings. 
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates. 
• Maintain and update legal databases and records. 
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with legal requirements. 
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including managing calendars and handling correspondence. 
• Attend court hearings and assist with logistical support during legal proceedings. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field. 
• Proven experience as a Legal Executive, Legal Assistant, or similar role. 
• Strong knowledge of legal research methods and principles. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. 
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case management.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Possess minimum 3 years of experience as a legal practitioner in law firm or in-house corporate lawyer.

Overview:

We’re seeking an organized, proactive, and enthusiastic HR Assistant Intern to join our HR team. This role will provide hands-on experience in a range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in HR, business, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in posting job openings on internal and external job boards.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and feedback.
• Help maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Onboarding Assistance:

• Assist in preparing onboarding materials for new hires.
• Facilitate new employee orientations and help them feel welcomed.
• Support in coordinating the setup of equipment, access, and documentation for new hires.
• Gather and file essential employee documents in compliance with HR policies.

HR Administration:

• Update and maintain employee records and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Shall carry out all instruction given by Printer Security Printing and perform their duties to a satisfactory standard at all times.
• To operate Komori LS629, Heidelberg SM52-5+L,Heidelberg SM52-2NP & KBA Mini Orloff III assigned by Printer Security Printing.
• To be fully responsible on machine preventive maintenance, fixture and tolls to be well taken care of, and ensure machine in good running condition, clean and safe for operation.
• Setup the production equipment and plate management, mixed inks before executing the job orders.
• Set and run jobs according to Planner instruction.
• Checking and monitoring to ensure colour density will be follow light, standard and dark colour requirement (+/- 10% colour tolerance).
• To maintain printing quality and to meet customer specifications.
• Accountable for quality and end result of printing.
• Responsible to fill up production documentation such a Job Order, Machineries Record, acknowledgement slips, etc.
• To adhere to company policy and requirement on environmental and quality management system.
• Contribute to waste management programs.
• Report immediately all irregularities to their Senior Printing Specialist.
• To work on other tasks as per assigned by Senior Printing Specialist.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or working experience (will be consider).
• At least 5 years of working experience in operating offset printing machine.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Matured and willing to face challenges.
• Able to work independent.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary).
• Good communication skill.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
