As a PERSONNEL SECURITY SPECIALIST you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Reviewing, approving and signing all divisional Statement of Reasons, intended to deny or revoke an individual's security clearance eligibility.
• Reviewing responses to Statements of Reasons and rendering adjudicative determinations on an individual's security clearance eligibility.

As a Management & Program Analyst you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Incumbent serves as a Management and Program Analyst on programs and projects in support of DCSA acquisition programs; responsible for routine programmatic and technical advice on efforts of military, civilian, and contractor personnel to achieve DCSA objectives on a wide variety of efforts including but not limited to personnel vetting, insider threat, and critical technology protection. The incumbent performs developmental assignments including work to develop, formulate, and advise on recurring sensitive and critical operational concepts and strategies for broad spectrum programs, projects, and initiatives undertaken by the PEO in direct support of mission goals and priorities from the Director, DCSA. Analyzes supported organizations missions and operations to determine current and future impacts, administrative operations and adjusts operations to meet changing conditions and situations.

The Deputy Associate Commissioner for Executive Operations and Strategic Management (DAC, OEOSM) serves as a liaison with the Office of Human Resources on organizational realignment recommendations and supporting documentation for Deputy Commissioner approval and provides guidance on Equal Employment Opportunity policies and procedures, and on sensitive personnel issues within overarching Agency guidelines. Develops overall OHO training policy and develops operating procedures related to training and employee development for OHO employees nationwide. In coordination with Office of Labor Management and Employee Relations (OLMER) and the Office of General Counsel (OGC), conducts administrative investigations of harassment and other potential misconduct. Working closely with the OCALJ, provides advice, guidance, and counsel to field offices in specific areas of identified needs.
