- deliver outstanding teaching and assessment in the Uniformed Public Services and Criminology sector,
- develop and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment strategies to ensure students achieve their fullest potential,
- contribute to students' holistic development, addressing their academic and pastoral needs,
- collaborate with local employers and engage in community programs to enhance the curriculum and student experience.
Lecturer in Public Services/Criminology - You:
The ideal candidate will:
- hold a relevant degree in Uniformed Public Services/Criminology or have equivalent professional experience in the field,
- have a proven track record of teaching BTEC, A Level, or HE Public Services/Criminology qualifications, or possess substantial mentoring/coaching experience,
- possess a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards obtaining one,
- demonstrate an enthusiastic and engaging teaching style that motivates students and supports their academic and personal growth.
