Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their highly successful team. This is a full-time office-based position in the Birmingham area with site travel as and when required.

Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value
• Managing subcontractor accounts
• Monitoring cash flow and valuation plans
• Managing subcontractor tender processes
• Providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:

• Experience at an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor level
• Good working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 form of contracts
• Sound interpersonal and organisational skills
• Experience working on civil, mechanical and/or electrical works in the water sector (ideal).
