As a Financial Business Analyst, you will:
- Support financial systems planning and performs analytical work involving designing, adapting, modifying, installing, operating, and testing financial accounting systems.
- Analyze, coordinate, and manage requests to add, update, or inactivate financial data elements and descriptions.
- Support consumers of financial information through common self-service strategy, governance, and change management practices for financial information in support of business intelligence applications.
- Analyze financial data issues and facilitate and document their resolution.
- Provide advice to program officials, accountants, budget analysts, and others on interpretation of directives and policies pertinent to financial data management and the data change request process.
- Identify new financial information requirements as business events evolve and integrates those requirements into the financial information suite.
