Summary of Role:
Act as a revenue coordinator for the enterprise, reporting directly to the Director of Finance in Business Performance Management under the Office of the CFO.
Essential Responsibilities:
Act as a revenue coordinator for the enterprise, reporting directly to the Director of Finance in Business Performance Management under the Office of the CFO. A critical member of the Finance organization’s revenue management. Involved in areas across Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Sales, and Customer Service. Deliver quarterly revenue and margin targets given directly from the CFO. Provide significant interaction with the Executive Leadership team. Manage the business process around reporting, forecasting, and targeting GFS’ enterprise revenue. Track and analyze volume, price parity, and product mix to highlight risks and opportunities and forecast improvements. Manage the quarterly earnings binder submission to help synthesize trends and takeaways to C-Suite executives. Report monthly End Market (EM) revenue and Top 10 customer summary for the Board of Director’s review. Consolidate and report revenue to Internal Controls on a quarterly basis for SOX. Create the annual non-wafer revenue budget. Improve GlobalFoundries’ business processes, including RMA, rebate, and yield compensation. Responsible for validating sales commission and incentive plan compensation. Integrate existing manual Oracle reporting into Powel BI, which will allow for better data analysis and business decisions.
Other Responsibilities:
· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Required Qualifications:
· Education – Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Experience - 3 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related role.
Three years of experience is required in (1) Excel, Powerpoint and PowerBI; (2) Large data sets and synthesizing messages using the data. Two years of experience is required in (1) the lifecycle and supply chain process of semiconductor manufacturing and the relationship to revenue recognition (2) financial systems including Anaplan, Oracle and Salesforce; (3) working with various cultures and geographies; and (4) financial modeling whereby multivariable outcomes on revenue and profit can be achieved.
One year of experience is required in the following: (1) public company finance with exposure to SOX; and (2) Financial applications Oracle, Anaplan and Salesforce.
Salary range: $88,020– $114,900
