We are looking for a Human Resources and Operations Business Administration Apprentice.
This apprenticeship would suit anyone looking for a career in business administration, whether you're a school leaver, or looking to change career.
This opportunity has arisen in our HR and OD Support Hub within the Corporate Services Directorate. The role supports the provision of a high-quality, professional and confidential business support service.
The apprentice position is for a minimum of 18 months and involves you learning the skills and gaining relevant experience to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. You'll be provided with a wide variety of work experience opportunities to demonstrate proficiency in a number of office based activities as required by the qualification.
Key Service responsibilities:
- To work with colleagues to achieve service plan objectives/targets.
- Support the provision of a high quality, confidential and professional HR & OD business support service, advising on a range of activities including general administrative duties such as scanning and post collection/distribution.
- Use shared systems, documents, templates, reports and letters
- Provide support within the HR Helpdesk, assisting employees and managers with any HR related matters.
