In this position, you will:

• Develop and execute loan and grant management strategies and provide guidance to ensure the compliance and success of transactions in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Develop recommendations on risk, financial metrics, transaction terms, and funding requests.
• Use experience and knowledge of portfolio management, federal credit, and direct funding to support CPO and collaborate with stakeholders including funding recipients, the leadership of CPO, NIST, the Department of Commerce, and other federal agencies, as well as state and local officials.
• Manage internal controls and risk management processes to maintain the integrity, accountability, and transparency of CHIPS programs.

As an IT Contracts and Project Specialist, you will:

• Work collaboratively with the program offices and project managers to oversee and monitor contract deliverables and performance. Support the development of project management documentation and contract performance monitoring documentation. Maintain a complete COR working file.
