Key Responsibilities:

• Work in alignment with defined business standards and processes, ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding of sensitive information.
• Provide advice and guidance on business processes and operational service issues to customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage, manipulate, and generate information across various areas such as finance, staffing, and customer service.
• Produce bespoke and detailed reports to meet specific business needs.
• Support financial processes including processing orders, resolving financial issues, reconciling accounts, and handling cash.
• Organize and manage meetings and events, including booking venues, issuing invitations, preparing papers, and taking minutes.
• Provide reception support, welcoming visitors, offering guidance, and handling basic inquiries professionally and efficiently.

The successful candidate will provide data entry support, including finance data. They will be responsible for maintaining spreadsheets and must be proficient in excel and word. About the Job

We have a fantastic opportunity to join Games Workshop as a Demand Planning Assistant.

This new and exciting role will assist our Merchandising Department in planning so we have the right stock in the right places whenever we need it.

The right person will be adaptable and happy to support the planning team in a range of tasks such as, raising and maintaining sales & purchase orders across the business network and supporting with a range of queries from across the business. You will be able to help investigate any exceptional stock shortages and work with the merchandise planners to resolve any data or product issues.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as you will manage the inbox to ensure queries are responded to quickly and efficiently. You will also support the resolution of ad-hoc order issues & amendments and prepare accurate reporting that supports the functional objectives on availability and container planning requirements.
