Your new role
Working closely with a team of design engineers and CAD technicians, you will carry out conceptual and detailed design of permanent and temporary structures and equipment related to the construction of tower systems, bridges and complex structures.
You will prepare method statements, design and prepare static analyses using FEA programmes, prepare detailed calculations, sketches and drawings using Autocad. You will be involved at site level to assist in lifting and moving operations. This vacancy offers a hybrid working solution.
What you'll need to succeed
With a degree in design engineering related to construction and with experience in analysis and design of structures, particularly steel. You will have strong IT skills, including FEA programmes and MS packages. You will have experience of temporary works related to heavy lifting and moving projects.
