- Conduct joint planning to prepare concepts of operations, operations plan, inputs to campaign plan for the Joint Operations Area.
- Conduct analysis, provide recommendations and communicate regional subject matter expertise to senior leaders on all operations, activities, or initiatives within the Joint Operations Area.
- Plan, coordinate, synchronize, and monitor implementation of plans and initiatives with U.S. Interagency, U.S. Embassy, and Partner Nation officials.
