The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary Qualifications in Building / Construction Management / Engineering
Background working in a Tier 2 / Tier 3 construction company
Experience working in the aged care / health sector (advantageous)
5 years post graduate experience working on construction or fit-out / internal refurbishment projects
Desire to work on projects valued between $500,000 and $7 million
Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
Experience managing
