Design platforms and customer touchpoints to proactively collect and curate data for the data and analytical needs of the Trust. Understands the end-to-end information lifecycle including the supporting technical infrastructure required and the data governance and cultural demands. Heavily involved in transformation, and the education needed to embed analytics into the culture to become an Insight Driven Organisation. Assesses the most appropriate operating model and data asset approach for the Trust. Defines, adapt, and drive the Trust-wide analytics vision and operating model across Strategy, People, Process, Data and Technology.
