The Business Process Auditor is a highly skilled member of the department with working knowledge of auditing claims principles and practices. The incumbent utilizes auditing/investigative skills to examine, evaluate and determine appropriateness of information and/or processes. The Auditor prepares procedures and reports to document audit results and support any corrective actions. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/computer science

• More than 10 years’ experience as a solution architect in SAP planning specializing in MRP in a hi-tech manufacturing industry.

• At least 5-6 full life-cycle SAP implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support).

• 10 years of SAP functional configuration experience in one or more SAP modules MRP, PP on the SAP S/4 HANA.

• Deep functional knowledge of Planning and Supply Chain business processes across the areas of Materials management, MRP and Manufacturing

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones.

• Flexible to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams.

• Implementation experience in the Hi-Tech / Semiconductor Inventory would be an advantage.

• Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule

• Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions

• Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Hospitality Services includes coordinator and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate a computer in basic terms as well as coaching and trouble-shooting for others
• Provide support for technical requests and flex services with a "can do" attitude and philosophy
• Field incoming support requests from end users via telephone, email and service desk system queue in a courteous and timely manner
• Engage firm IT through the client’s IT team as needed.
• Accurately communicate with client staff and EPIQ team members regarding commitments, deadlines, challenges, requests, etc.
• Assist with conference room support for technology, including video conferences
• Assist with managing the hardware inventory, monitor and distribute
