You will also control and monitor the financial performance of the unit and maintain costs within pre-budgeted targets, establish & maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the company and client organisation to actively seek and identify opportunities for business growth within the contract and external market.

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic self-starter with a keen interest in the Commodities business to join the Business CAO Controls team, located in Belfast.

The Centralized Controls team are responsible for the accurate and timely completion of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual control processes, for example: UNO trade activity reviews/alerts, policy refreshes, controls relating to firm accounts, entitlements and management of various regulatory certifications for Sales & Trading staff. This role will require interaction with the Front Office Sales & Trading desks, timely escalation and remediation of issues, continued drive towards efficiency and closure of any control gaps. Members of the team are required to escalate, investigate and remediate any issues identified through the control processes.

Another key part of this role is to proactively identify opportunities to optimize and streamline processes, propose solutions and lead implementation of improvements. As such, the role involves participation in Working Groups and close liaison with the wider Commodities Business Management team and Support Partners (Tech, ICRM, Product Control, Middle Office etc).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Global Commodities Front Office Sales & Trading in remediation of queries and issues, including management of access to Exchanges and trading platforms
• Requires an ability to problem solve and leverage knowledge of operational processes to diagnose and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain detailed control documentation, procedures, and audit evidence
• Support internal and external audit management and deliverables requests

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the financial services industry, technology and trading experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Previous experience in managing projects and/or processes is required
• Proven ability to developing and maintaining effective work relationship
• Experience with databases and information management
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Your new role
As Communications Project Specialist you will own the communications requirements of a prestigious transport project, creating, executing and arranging strategic and tactical activities in collaboration with the client's Corporate Communications team. You will be responsible for:

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Educated to degree level preferably in a relevant subject area
• Minimum of 3 years working experience preferably in Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure or Regeneration projects
• Working knowledge of the transformational aspects of public transport and the impact of urban locations
• High standard of verbal and written communications skills and the ability to deliver high quality presentation material
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to tailor complex and sensitive information for diverse audiences

Your new role
The Early Intervention Support Service (EISS) seeks to support families to improve the chances of positive outcomes for children, young people and the family.

The sessional postholder will provide practical home and community-based supports to include basic household activities, family management support, mentoring, behavioural approaches, routines and boundaries. The postholder will provide outcomes-based interventions for families.


What you\'ll need to succeed
A certificate level qualification in a relevant discipline (minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent). For example, Health & Social Care, Working with Offending Behaviour, Youth and Community.
At least two years of post-qualification experience working in a multidisciplinary team providing services to families.
OR

At least five years' experience working in a multidisciplinary team providing services to families and children between 0-18 years in a home or community setting.


What you\'ll get in return
Grade 4 (£27,852 FTE - 35hrs). Pro rata for PT hours.
Flexible. Between 14-35hrs per week depending on the employee's availability.
