Description of the Role:
The Service Sales / Project executive / Engineer MUST at all times maintain confidentiality of all prices and plans and SHALL NOT disclose confidential information without the approval of the Senior Manager and or management.
Key Tasks:
· To assist the Sales / Service Manager / Assistant Manager in developing, review, and execute service sales plans to generate new business with new accounts.
· To follow up on any request for site visit and capture ALL necessary information related to follow up on the sales / tender.
· Conduct cold calls, site visits and customer integration.
· Provide quotations and submit proposals to customers on a timely basis.
· To carry out costing for review of profitability of each customer’s account and develop plans to improve margins. (Have to understand the market trends)
· To follow up on the sales strategy – collaborate in the setting & delivery of business plans to achieve sales targets.
· Follow-up on all sales inquiries, tender and RFQ.
· Ensure that all customer issues relating to customer service, service recovery and credit control are coordinated and update the Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager
· Prospecting and developing business across country.
· Analyse competition landscape, market trends and customers’ expectations and plan for strategic and tactical actions.
· “One Face to the Customer “over the entire Service Sales & Execution timeline. This includes all pre sales activities including contract signature until final Servicing and customer handover of generator set
· Coordinates with the purchasing team and the needed supply chain, lead times and cost for project relevant key components that need to be sourced locally. Updating the database regularly to ensure that ALL information on parts/materials and customer’s information.
· To follow up on ALL requirements on documentations submission when running projects / submission of tenders and have them updated.
· Coordinate with the operations team when required on issues for follow up

Requirements:
Education
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Knowledge / Experience / Others
· At least 1 years of working experience in Power Generation industry.
· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
· Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Possess strong hunter mentality, business sense and industry expertise.
· Personal competencies.
· Driving license is preferable.
· Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
