Key Receptibilities:

Create and update documents using standard formats or templates.
Input and maintain records and documents.
Make routine arrangements and bookings and prepare straight forward materials for and provide support at external/internal events and activities.
Filing, checking or matching data to ensure records are maintained.
Record and process routine financial information e.g. collating, charges and sale of goods.
Receive visitors and provide/request information in person and by telephone in a courteous manner promoting customer care.
Issue and discharge service materials.

Responsibilities:

• Constant communication via face to face, telephone and through messaging devices with drivers and other internal colleagues
• Pre brief and de-brief drivers on their daily runs.
• Liaise with drivers on the road over collection and delivery issues.
• Record collection/delivery status and discrepancies in systems and escalate where appropriate.
• Move freight between runs to ensure failed collections are minimised.
• Allocate Collection and Delivery work to our Domestic Partners in accordance with their specific
  Service Level Agreements.
• Liaise with other internal departments.
• Respond to operational and financial KPI's in order to drive efficiency in the Domestic Operation.

Key Experience and Skills

• Experience of working in a busy transport operation and planning collection and delivery activities
  is advantageous

What Will Your Day Look Like?

The role of the IT Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalise projects according to planned deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The IT Project Manager will also work with stakeholders to define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

YOUR ROLE

The Business Process Administrator role is a recently formed role and is key to ensuring high quality, business process management and process efficiency, across road logistics in the U.K. The Business Process Administrator will join a team responsible for defining our current business processes supporting implementation of standardisation, continuous improvement and best practice Change Management by use of generally accepted formal and rigorous procedures and confirming our operation is delivering those working processes to the highest quality possible within our working operation. As a Business Process Administrator you will be working closely with the department managers and supervisors to agree and define key components of the documented working instruction, in terms of content, to deliver the desired process outcome, in line with our customer promise of quality, service and delivery. • To identify and escalate any non-conformances identified and support the generation of solutions/Improvement IT specifications to resolve non-conformances and facilitate continuous improvements as required, through structured problem identification and solving processes;

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
