The postholder will support the Trust to implement a new way of working using technology as an enabler, working alongside the project/product managers. The HR Business Partner will provide a comprehensive professional and high quality HR service to the care group The primary function of the HR Business Partner will be to support the care groups senior management team in developing the workforce capability to deliver their strategic and operational business objectives.
