What youll doYou will: Supervise and provide line management for the AHP Acute Oncology Unit Project. Working with the project AHP technician to ensure the provision of evidence-based advice to patients. Supervise training and implementation of nutrition screening, triaging of patient dietetic and SLT referrals and provide first line nutrition support advice. Supervise training and implementation of Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapy assessment to support patients with their therapy needs. Work with senior managers in Therapies/Dietetics & Speech Therapy to ensure integration of the project with the strategic aims of these departments. Work with the Wessex Cancer Alliance, informing them on project progress and outputs. Provide training to AHPs regarding the project. Collect data, analyse data, write up reports and feed back to stakeholders. Utilise data from the project to inform future AHP oncology policy.What were looking forWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated AHP with strong relevant clinical and leadership experience. You should already be working as a senior AHP within an acute oncology setting. You should have evidence of project management skills and be able to analyse and utilise data to inform policy.
