The Opportunity

As a member of Adobe’s growing FP&A Anaplan Center of Excellence team, you will play a meaningful role in crafting next-generation financial planning processes and tools for our customers. With a strong dose of data savvy and a dedication to build upon your existing Anaplan model builder abilities, you will partner across FP&A, Finance Systems, HR, and IT to craft new functionality, support end user adoption, and champion process improvements.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with our customers and other supporting partners to craft, implement, and support new Anaplan solutions for their business needs.
• Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to address business requirements, translating them into practical operational solutions.
• Drive scale by standardizing and improving methodologies across our model landscape, maintenance processes, and documentation.
• Work closely with our partners across IT, Finance, and EX to manage upstream and downstream Anaplan data integration dependencies.
• Act as the in-house subject matter expert (SME) for Anaplan, championing adherence to best practices in Anaplan model building and lifecycle management.

What you need to succeed

• BS/BA with preferred focuses in areas of Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of relevant experience working with business processes, data structures, and systems automation at scale.
• Demonstrable Anaplan Model Builder experience; certifications are valued.
• Strong value placed on experiences with relational databases and working with large data structures, as well as any developer knowledge in other planning / BI reporting tools (particularly Tableau or Power BI), or database query applications such as SQL.
• Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The Design Controls Process Engineer is accountable for influencing design control process activities for product development and product maintenance through the application of Quality engineering skills for medical devices. This person will support product development teams from product inception through product launch and maintenance and play an active role in the process ownership to ensure products meet quality standards consistent with both Corporate and business unit policies, while meeting all design control and other regulatory requirements.

This individual monitors internal and external regulatory observations and trends for hardware and software product development.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures Design Controls is effectively implemented across the MMS business, particularly for the Infusion Solutions Platform

• Serves as subject matter authority on Design Controls for MMS business, particularly for the Infusion Solutions Platform

• Leads continuous process improvements and partners with SME’s on key initiatives

• Ensures consistent application of design controls activities across all elements of the Quality System (e.g. CAPA, Field Actions, etc)

• Identifies IT solutions necessary to support Design Controls and works with the IT Teams to implement system solutions across BD

• Defines metrics and measures for Design Controls

• Establishes training requirements and orchestrates training for Design Controls

• Monitors performance of Design Controls and reports to senior leadership

• Monitors industry surveillance audit outcomes and takes necessary actions to align process to applicable new or revised regulatory requirements and standards

• Monitors internal and external audit observations within BD, identifies the appropriate cause and implements fixes across the enterprise for Design Controls

• Works with standards committee to monitor for external regulatory changes. Determines need for changes to policy, procedure and practices based on regulatory changes and implements where appropriate

• Supports regulatory inspections and audits

• Participate collaborative community (cross site/cross functional network of SMEs) which will support and drive change for Design Controls

Education and Experience:

• Requires a minimum of a BS/MS degree in life science, engineering or other relevant discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in a Class I/II/III medical device with specific experience in Design Controls

• Strong mastery of FDA CFR 820.30 and ISO 14971 required.

• Familiarity with ISO 13485, IEC 62366, 60601, and 62304 desired.

• Strong background in Design Controls in relation to product design and development.

• Strong background in Software compliance requirements

• Proven ability as a change agent to drive improvements across a large organization.

• Strong technical writing experience required.

Role Summary:

The Demand Planner is responsible for support of demand management for our Automation & Control Valve business unit. The primary focus is on developing unit-level booking forecasts at the product family and material levels, as part of the SIOP framework. This enables operations to plan resource and material requirements to manage inventory and improve on-time delivery. This position will work with the commercial teams to implement forecasting methodologies, understand market trends, plan for new product introductions, and determine anticipated demand across product lines and manufacturing locations.

Essential responsibilities:

• Generate demand forecast, analyze statistical data, recommend solutions, and conduct monthly demand forecast maintenance.

• Analyze trends, maintain and report on forecast accuracy KPIs.

• Drive a high degree of data integrity within ERP’s.

• Drive urgency and escalate issues that are foreseen to disrupt to the forecast.

• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts compared to financial plan.

• Facilitate and support Demand Consensus meetings (sales, product management, etc.).

• Ensure processes are consistent with company objectives.

• Support the introduction of new collaborative tools to improve IBP/SIOP process efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related area

• 3 – 7 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on planning, supply chain, or equivalent experience

• Strong background in data analysis, spreadsheets, and reading/understanding financial reports

The Opportunity 

We are looking for a dynamic leader to help drive the strategy, thought leadership, and positioning to grow our Financial Services segment.  As the Industry Strategy Director, you will develop compelling and prescriptive thought leadership and present it to prospects at industry & Adobe conferences/events and 1:1 customer meetings with SVP levels and above.  You will partner with a diverse ecosystem of sales, product management, and solution consulting to bolster our industry value proposition and drive a coordinated go-to-market strategy.  As an ambassador for Adobe in the Financial Services industry, you will also partner with Adobe marketing to drive awareness of Adobe’s capabilities.

Build a vision and competitive positioning for the industry that resonates with Financial Services executives. Drive a coordinated strategy to grow the business:   

The Adobe Financial Services community extends across sales, marketing, pre-sales, customer success, product, professional services, and our partners. You will monitor the performance of the overall Americas business and drive long-term growth by orchestrating our strategy across functions. Summary:   

The Product Logistics Coordinator will oversee portions of the order fulfillment lifecycle as it relates to product logistics, distribution tracking & remediation for installation projects. This position relies on adaptive learning, analytical and organizational skills to monitor, track and report on the progress of the product order shipments, logistics, and delivery to respective customer locations based on assigned projects. The person in this role will have demonstrated solid communication skills in providing clear, concise, and accurate status reporting exhibiting strong attention to detail, along with the ability to follow through and drive resolution to critical time-based activities.  Finally, the Product Logistics Coordinator will provide input into continuous improvement opportunities to the project delivery process, including writing SOP’s, and updating various forms of electronic documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:                                                                                                                               

Monitor & track all product shipments and deliveries for all locations based on the assigned projects using enterprise software tools and solutions. Drives resolution for all product shipment or delivery issues including but not limited to product shortages, missing product, or damaged product. Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Field/Contractor teams on status of product shipments, issues & resolution. Proactively identify risks and issues with product shipment, logistics, and delivery, escalating as appropriate to the Project Manager. Provides regular reporting on overall status of product shipment, logistics, and delivery to project team. Participates in meetings and/or conference calls with project team on regular basis. Performs other duties as assigned. Offers assistance where needed to maintain efficient work flow.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $96,600- $146,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor’s in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Business Administration

Job Description:

Responsible for technical/operational leadership of a project. Defines, generates, and reviews project requirements documentation. Performs technical studies to refine project requirements. Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received. May conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs.

Job Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of five (5) years related experience, with average experience of 7-10 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team.
• Will comply with all KBR and site safety policies and procedures.

• Willingness to travel to project sites, if necessary.
