The post holder is a key member of the Integrated Care Board (ICB) Medicines Optimisation Team, whose overarching goal is to support improvements in quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness of prescribing across the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System. What is the opportunity?

The Senior Analyst, Credit Strategy and Portfolio Performance, is part of a growing and dynamic team in Enterprise Risk & Portfolio Management (ERPM) that supports Personal Segment of Bank of Montreal (the bank). What will you do?

• Optimizes credit adjudication strategies’ performance through the effective use of analytics and improves the automation of real-time decisioning for Consumer Credit Card portfolio.

  • Streamlines the monitoring reports and data visualizations by designing dynamic and user-friendly processes.

  • Conducts deep-dive analysis/assessment and propose recommendations to optimize portfolio risk-rewards performance.

  • Manages the planning and execution of the change management process including simulation, validation testing and reporting requirements to ensure the effectiveness of the new or modified strategies.
