Job Description:

Job Summary:

Document Services Supervisor will perform oversight responsibilities for Epiq personnel including overseeing the Document Processing activities, workflow, and ensuring shift coverage. The position will provide expert knowledge, technical support, and training, when necessary, to all direct reports and specialists. This position will work closely with the manager, who will serve as the liaison for all stakeholders using the services of the department. This position is located at an Epiq facility or a client office. 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision to the team and assist with performance management related duties
• Coordinate coverage in the event of unplanned absences, scheduled time off, and overtime and escalate to the manager as needed, including notifying them of any operations related issues
• Review customer-satisfaction survey results and reworks; provide timely feedback and monitor issues through to remediation; ensure team completes requisite trainings
• Assist the manager in reviewing assigned jobs, researching job tickets, resolving grievances and issues raised by lawyers, paralegals, and other job requestors
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and a high level of technical proficiency with the automation, specialized applications, and upgrades troubleshoot document and/or technical inquiries
• Onboard new team members and ensure all training is complete and mentor is assigned
• Document and promote best practices
• Help develop and maintain principal user profiles
• Test and troubleshoot new applications and upgrade releases
• Assist customers with questions or problems via email, telephone, or remote computer access. Provide support for customers in resolving document and other application problems referred by the IT Help Desk and customers
• Participate in departmental project teams and task forces designed to streamline workflow and/or resolve issues
• Serve as an ambassador of the services available from the department

Qualifications & Characteristics:

• HS Diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisor role or process management, preferably in a law firm environment

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Market Data Business System Analyst, your primary role will be ensuring collection of information, accurate requirement gathering, data analysis, documentation of information, and presentation of findings to advance initiatives and ensure project success.  You’ll be required to work independently, with minimal guidance, and collaborate with internal CIBC stakeholders (Investment Advisors, directors, resources from the US, local lines of business, Legal, Risk Management, etc.) and external parties (regulatory agencies, supplier organizations).

As a Special Technical Operations (STO) and Special Access Program (SAP) Planner, you’ll bring your subject matter expertise to work on projects for a Department of Defense client. You’ll conduct, coordinate, and integrate SAP and STO analysis and planning to support special operations plans, operations, activities, and targeting processes or systems. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, develop plans and integrate SAP and STO capabilities into planning efforts in various formats, including graphic, written, and verbal. You'll attend meetings and represent the SAP and STO office to internal and interagency audiences, ensuring unity of effort, coordinated approaches, and appropriate vetting of concepts and applications. What is the opportunity?

The Senior Analyst, Credit Strategy and Portfolio Performance, is part of a growing and dynamic team in Enterprise Risk & Portfolio Management (ERPM) that supports Personal Segment of Bank of Montreal (the bank). The team protects the bank through sound risk management practices; acts as a strategic advisor to steer the bank towards value; focuses on innovative solutions to drive performance.

What will you do?

• Optimizes credit adjudication strategies’ performance through the effective use of analytics and improves the automation of real-time decisioning for Consumer Credit Card portfolio.

  • Leads the monitoring, measurement & reporting on the performance of the credit decision strategy to internal & external stakeholders.

  • Streamlines the monitoring reports and data visualizations by designing dynamic and user-friendly processes.

Key Role:

What You’ll Be Doing

The Global Money Operations (GMO) department at CIBC provides back office support for many of the bank’s financial transactions. Together, we help clear and settle over $200 billion a day of our client’s and our bank’s money. As a result, Global Money Operations is involved in almost everything the bank needs to get done on any given day. You'll be responsible for executing necessary business control procedures end-to-end. You will work closely with immediate team members and GMO management to provide administration and support functions related to employee onboarding, record retention, business continuity management, etc.

The position will be based in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

EpiC Central Asia Project Description:

Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is an eight-year global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC is dedicated to achieving and maintaining HIV epidemic control and the project provides strategic technical assistance (TA) and direct service delivery (DSD) to break through barriers to 95-95-95 and promote self-reliant management of national HIV programs by improving HIV case-finding, prevention, and treatment programming.

In 2020, FHI 360 through EpiC launched a new multi-year project  in Central Asia being implemented in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Building on the successes to date in the three countries, EpiC is focusing on expanding HIV case finding in the community, and treatment initiation, adherence, and retention support for people living with HIV (PLHIV), with a focus on select key population groups. While EpiC takes a regional approach in the overarching management of the Central Asia project, each country has its own respective targets, priority focus areas and expected deliverables.

Job description:

The EpiC Tajikistan HIV Project Specialists will provide management, technical and general coordination support for assigned local implementing partner subrecipients in the EpiC Tajikistan project. The Project Specialists will report to the HIV Program Manager and directly manage a minimum of two local community-based organization (CBO) subrecipients. They will provide day-to-day oversight, coordination, capacity development and program monitoring. Responsibilities will include coordinating local subrecipient workplan and budget development in partnership with project leadership, ensuring that assigned partners are implementing technical strategies in line with EpiC technical guidance, are putting strategies in place to meet annual targets on time and within budget, monitoring partner subawards, tracking partner program deliverables, coordinating field visits and partner progress meetings; and coordinating technical assistance and capacity building support for partners. They will be also responsible for implementation of project activities in HIVST, PrEP and strengthening local leadership and locally led advocacy and serving as a technical lead in this area. The HIV Project Specialists will work with technical, grants and finance staff to ensure smooth operation of these functions. They will also support documentation of program best practices, success stories and lessons learned. The position will be based in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

Required Skills

Required Knowledge

• High school diploma
• University/College graduates preferred
• Excellent English - Written and Oral Communication skills required
• Fluently Bilingual in French would be an asset but not required
• Completion of introductory LOMA courses (LOMA 1 and 2) preferred
• Working knowledge of life insurance products, particularly Universal Life, Traditional Life and Critical Illness product features, and channels
• 1-2 years’ experience in Life Insurance; New Business or Customer Service area preferred
• Previous experience with systems used to administer cases would be an asset (including: INGENIUM, WinRisk, Work Management and Digital Library FileNet)

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
