Job Scope:
- Drive the sales to achieve the individual sales target.
- Handle key accounts as assigned by Project Sales Manager.
- Provide the ICT quotations or any required information.
- Find new clients or new opportunities for ICT sales.
- Maintain contact with key clients to ensure high levels high levels of client satisfaction.
- Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner .
- Provide a weekly sales pipelines update to Sales Manager.
- Proactively establish and maintain relationships with all client.
- Archive sales certification in each respective band requirement.
- Familiar with sales cycle such as costing, PR and project kick off, deployment & management.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business admin or computer science/information with 1 year of projects experience.
- Positive attitude with a strong business mentality that enables you to be creative, resourceful and deliver results.
- Interactive and flexible communications & interpersonal skills.
- Passionate in people communication and ICT solution.
- Willing to travel within or out of Malaysia.
- Self-motivated and discipline.
