Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en Management de Projet - Harmonisation des Outils pour les FALs (Final Assembly Lines) A330/A350 (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir pour la division Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Toulouse.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 7 personnes au sein du département « Wide Body FALs » chargé d'apporter un support en Gestion de Projet pour les chaînes d'assemblage A330/A350.
Cet apprentissage consistera à s'inscrire dans une démarche d'amélioration de performance d'une équipe d'experts en management de projet.
En structurant les outils nécessaires à la gestion de projets déjà existants et disponibles;
En proposant des axes d'amélioration de ces outils si besoin;
En identifiant des outils manquants et proposer des solutions voire concevoir des outils;
En harmonisant la méthode d'accès et d'utilisation à ces mêmes outils.
Pour cette mission vous serez supporté par l'équipe et le réseau étendu de notre métier. Vous serez aussi amené à participer à des projets en soutien et ce afin de mieux appréhender les besoins.
Cet apprentissage débutera en Septembre / Octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1 à 2 ans.
Tâches et Responsabilités:
Vous serez sous la responsabilité d'un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences. Vous devrez agir avec intégrité.
Vous contribuerez aux activités principales suivantes:
Analyse des besoins opérationnels de l'équipe de gestion de projet;
Identification des outils utilisés, des améliorations potentielles et des harmonisations à apporter;
Rendre ces outils accessibles au travers d'une plateforme de partage, bâtir la gouvernance et la documentation associée;
Garantir la communication et l'engagement de l'équipe autour de la solution développée.
Compétences et prérequis:
Vous allez intégrer une formation d'un niveau BAC+4/+5 dans le domaine de Management de projet ou de la communication ou équivalent pour un apprentissage d'une durée de 1 à 2 ans.
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
Familier avec l'environnement Google pro;
Connaissances en Management de projet;
Esprit d'équipe, capacité de communication et d'interface avec multiples interlocuteurs.

An apprenticeship offer entitled « Project Management Apprentice - Tool Harmonization for A330/A350 Final Assembly Lines (FALs) (f/m) » has just opened within Commercial Aircraft division at its Toulouse site.
You will join a team of 7 people within the «Wide Body FALs » department responsible for providing Project Management support for A330/A350 assembly lines.
This apprenticeship will involve engaging in a performance improvement approach with a team of project management experts by:
Structuring the necessary tools for managing existing and available projects;
Proposing improvements to these tools if necessary;
Identifying missing tools and proposing solutions or even designing tools;
Harmonizing the method of access and use of these same tools.
For this mission, you will be supported by the team and the extended network of our profession. You will also be involved in supporting projects to better understand the needs.
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 for a duration of 1 to 2 years.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
Analysis of the operational needs of the project management team;
Identification of tools used, potential improvements, and harmonizations to be made;
Making these tools accessible through a sharing platform, establishing governance, and associated documentation;
Ensuring communication and team engagement around the developed solution.
Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC +4/5 level training program in the field of Project Management or Communication or equivalent for an apprenticeship duration of 1 to 2 years.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
Familiarity with the Google professional environment;
Knowledge in Project Management;
Team spirit, communication skills, and ability to interface with multiple stakeholders.
Language Skills:
French: Advanced,
English: Intermediate.
Depending on the ongoing project, you may be required to travel.
