They take pride in ensuring optimized Value Engineering & Supplier Development Management to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Production Planner, responsible for the Production Planning team within the global manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Accountable for the Strategic Production Planning including the Master Production Schedules and Controls, Materials, Planning and Analysis
• Drive material forecast accuracy and material purchases by means of evaluating plant capacity to meet both short and long term production forecasts, and integrate these requirements into capital planning
• Work closely with the Buyers to ensure an efficient supply flow of the raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods into the Global Manufacturing Operations
• Actively involved in monitoring and improving the production capacity, and aligning said parameters across various markets process flow and planning systems
• Review existing SOPs and processes, and identify any areas of improvements - spearheading Continuous Improvement and Business Process Improvement in the operations

Candidate Profile

Work location: Singapore

• Minimally Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Engineering or related studies
• Approximately 6 years of experience in Production Planning, with good exposure to Semiconductor Manufacturing operations
• Proficiency in MRP and ERP Planning tools e.g. SAP (MM/PP modules) and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred
• Excellent proficiency in Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, strong presentation skills
• Proven track records in driving initiatives/programs independently and managing diverse and senior stakeholders
• Certification in APICS CPIM would be an advantageous bonus
