Are you detail-oriented and ready to join a dynamic team? CSP Recruitment is offering a fantastic opportunity for Production Operatives to join a leading Fresh Produce supplier in Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1PF.

This is a Temp to Perm position, with the possibility of a permanent role after 12 weeks.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean work environment.

Responsibilities include:

Safe and efficient operation of production machinery
Monitoring the production process to maintain quality
Conducting quality checks on products
Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment
Assisting in troubleshooting equipment issues

Experience and skills required:

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Mechanical knowledge for machinery operation and troubleshooting
Familiarity with food production processes and safety regulations
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) is a plus

Working hours: 8 up to 12 hours shift

Hourly rate: £11.44
