· Pro-actively monitors the data centre systems’ uptime and connectivity to ensure system availability to prevent any down time
· Execution and monitoring of batch jobs schedule as per daily job requirements,
· Perform request fulfilment to register customer request etc Adhoc / Data Recovery SR)
· Account password safekeeping and management. Includes routine inventory checks and reports.
· Executes mirroring jobs, server shutdown and start up during dedicated batch downtime through mainframe.
· Coordinate with various stakeholders / Batch owner to fix the technical issues on time to provide timely support to customers.
· Performs Incident escalation (Ensure incidents are responded and attended to, else redirect to Ops Mgr base on criticality, impact and SLA).
· Provide 7days/ 24 hours on call support for any batch job issue
