Job Details:
- (£16PH PAYE) OR (£18.05PH UMB)
- Temp to perm
- Monday to Friday
- 8AM - 5PM (3PM finish on a Friday)
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production areas to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency.
- Train new employees on production procedures, food safety practices, and equipment operation.
Skills
- Previous experience in a production supervisory role.
- Excellent communication skills to lead a team effectively.
- Brilliant leadership skills and ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
