We’ve grown a lot lately, so the Operations team are now looking for a full time Production Manager to manage day-to-day labour demands all departments.
This is you
- Ability to work with, guide and influence people from cross functional disciplines to achieve business outcomes.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- High emotional intelligence to relate to individuals at all levels.
- Data driven and good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Software Skills - Ability to effectively utilise software platforms.
- Ideally HACCP qualified.
- Experience within a food preparation or food processing environment would be ideal.
