We’re looking for Production Operatives for a local client based in Dorchester!

Ongoing seasonal work starting in June.

- Weekly Pay
- Great working hours (7:00 - 15:00) - changing to 6:00 - 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) during busy times
- Looking for part time work? We'll have some opportunities to work 1 day per week! Call us for more details!
- £12.10 p/h
- Temp to Perm opportunities
- O/T available on busy times
- No weekend working!
- Accessible by public transport

Requirements:
· Previous experience in manufacturing is desirable but not essential
· Basic math skills required
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

What would you do?:
· Selection and packing of the product
· Quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
· Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
· Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
