Job Description:
As a 360 Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in our construction projects, operating heavy machinery to excavate and move earth, rock, and other materials. Your expertise will ensure the efficient and safe completion of tasks, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the machinery to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to execute project plans.
- Conduct site preparation and clearance, including the removal of waste materials.
- Adhere to NRSWA guidelines and ensure compliance with street works and road safety standards.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the site manager promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Valid 360 Machine Operator licence.
- NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act) certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a 360 Machine Operator in a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
