You may not have heard of us, but you’ll know our brands! AS Watson is the world's largest international health and beauty retailer with over 16,000 stores in 27 markets. A typical day in this role includes:
• Key point of contact for production enquiries from our BUs – review feasibility and allocate projects to team members, point of escalation for complexities.
• Line management of 4 direct reports (3x Content Producer, 1 x Junior Content Producer).
• Management of the internal studio and content budget and legal processes.
• Ensures all content output is best in class, set high standards for the team and coach them to achieve.
• Regularly review and audit processes to maximise team efficiency.
• Bring new ideas and inspiration into the team.
• Create the production strategy for the year, working with the Content & Social Manager to set the masterplan.
