RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-end content production works which includes but not limited to development of timelines, sourcing of props, procurement of relevant materials and model(s) management.
• Management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) projects from sourcing, liaison, execution to the delivery of all final assets
• Management of multiple projects and ensuring timely content delivery.
• Communicate with influencers, media agency and related vendors to ensure a strong network.
• Facilitate clear communication within organization to ensure proper information and collaterals are well established.
• Budget development, tracking and management.
• Assist in seasonal launch by preparing of marketing collaterals, data entry and other administrative work required.
• Lead in conducting research on various activities and to work on ad hoc projects.
• Maintain good relationship with external vendors and to facilitate shipment of products for editorial features.
• Samples management
• Maintain and update Content Marketing Guidelines and SOPs.
• Source and procure relevant vendors and components for all creatives requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the daily operations (data entry, maintain proper records of documentation, invoices, wardrobe procurement etc.)
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Design Communications, Business, Marketing or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into engaging designs
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong organisation and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
