About the roleThe Head of Curriculum and Standards for Performance and Production will lead a large team of staff to deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment in three subject areas, namely Music, Media and Performing Arts. You will set and maintain high standards for performances, shows, gigs, concerts, and showcases in our on-site theatre and when our students represent the College at external venues. You will formulate and implement strategies to ensure that the quality of teaching, learning and assessment is of the highest standard
Under the direction of the Director of Curriculum: Further Education, and supported by a Deputy Head of Curriculum, the Head of Curriculum and Standards for Performance and Production will be a member of the College Leadership Team and will manage a diverse staff team, for whom you will provide the necessary support and direction they require, to help them deliver to a consistently high standard for the benefit of our students. Growing and developing the curriculum area through regular reviews of provision and through engagement with employers and partners is also a key feature of the role.
About the person You will have significant experience in the Performance and/or Production sector and will be able to bring industry standards and expectations to the curriculum area. You will also possess strong leadership skills that will make a difference for the benefit of staff and students. Experience of planning and delivering teaching or training relevant to the subject area is desirable.
A commitment to the transformational nature of further education is a must, as is ambition for the students, staff and outcomes of the curriculum area. Effective organisational skills, the ability to motivate others, and knowledge of the key issues facing Further Education are also essential.

Au sein du Département Production de Junghans T2M, en relation étroite avec Clément, en plus de vos activités, vous êtes en charge de l’animation (non hiérarchique) d’une équipe : suivi de performance, formation des nouveaux arrivants etc.

• D'animer la performance Industrielle de l'équipe à travers des indicateurs et de routines de partage ;

• Répondre aux appels de l'Andon et apporter un premier niveau de support aux membres de l'équipe ;

• Réaliser les formations au poste, nécessaires pour les membres de l'équipe ;

• Réaliser les opérations de fabrication et/ou de réparation et/ou de contrôle conformément aux gammes de fabrication, aux temps alloués, aux standards du poste avec les moyens matériels mis à disposition ;

• Mettre en œuvre ses activités selon des procédures identifiées en respectant l'ordre établi ;

As the Senior Category Manager Contract Manufacturing & Sterilization, you will participate in developing and implementing the procurement contract manufacturing strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. You will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining contract manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal/external stakeholder experience. This position will also work closely with various departments such as Sales, Demand Planning, Procure to Pay, Finance, Business Development, Legal, and Quality Assurance to support product supply for all current and future CMO products.

This position reporting to the Global Director of MTO Category Procurement, is responsible for data-driven procurement initiatives driving actionable insights, and partnering closely with the external supply operations team. As well as providing strategic solutions to support leaders and company objectives in Fort Worth, Texas!

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate reasonable and efficient contracts with sterilizers & contract manufacturers that involves a high degree of complexity.

• Work closely with the external supply operations team to ensure strategic and business criteria alignment.

• Improve supplier relationships by promoting and supervising the implementation of a coordinated supply chain involving key collaborators.

• Implement standard processes and ensure adherence to established Procurement policies and procedures.

• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and service levels.

• Perform market analysis to provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

• 7 Years of Proven Experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external partners and lead discussion, problem solving efforts and process improvements to ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded.

• Strong understanding of data governance principles and standard processes.

• Ability to communicate sophisticated data insights to non-technical partners.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.

• Proven experience in procurement operations management with a focus on Contract Manufacturing.

[What the role is]

DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, TRANSIT OPERATOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

[What you will be working on]

The Transit Operator Performance Management (TOPM) division is responsible for managing the rail operator’s performance in terms of operations and maintenance of MRT systems, to ensure high reliability and availability of train service. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team and take on the challenge of managing the rail operator’s performance.

You will play a key role in:
a) Planning and conducting audits on Operations and Maintenance (O&M) processes and executions covering the various rail systems (e.g. Rolling Stock, Signalling, Communications, Mechanical and Electrical services, etc) to ensure that the rail operators comply with the correct procedures, work instructions and other relevant contractual requirements;
b) Managing other contractual matters and O&M issues such as assessment of contract variations/ claims, managing contract budget, investigation of incidents/ service delays, etc ;
c) Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders on issues pertaining to design review, system interface, testing and commissioning, emergency exercises, etc;

[What we are looking for]

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering
• Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Proficiency in data visualisation/ analytics tool, or robotic process automation will be an advantage
• At least 3 years of design or O&M experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the railway industry
• Ability to engage and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated, astute, meticulous, and resourceful
• Good communication (both oral and written) as well as presentation skills
• Familiarity with relevant local railway and building regulations, codes and standards will be an advantage
• Candidates with very good relevant experience may be considered for more senior positions
