1. TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES To manage and be responsible for all aspects of the day to day delivery of the production service ensuring that the service complies with all current regulatory requirements within designated rotation. Investigations are documented, in a timely manner, in accordance with the current practice and error reporting statistics are supplied to the national monitoring scheme. To ensure that all environmental monitoring is carried out, at the required time frequency, by appropriately trained staff. To ensure that regular broth fills, both by individual operators and for particular products are carried out at the required time. To ensure that the clean rooms are operating within specification prior to manufacture. To provide first pass engineering assessments for any facilities and equipment malfunctions. Implement and corrective and remedial actions prior to arranging visits to external contractors. 2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMMUNICATION To ensure that communication channels exist within the production unit so that staff at all levels are kept up to date with information that is appropriate with their role. To liaise with the dispensary, procurement and distribution departments and review procedures for requests, preparations and delivery of all products from the production unit to minimise waiting times. To communicate effectively with all users of the service. To chair weekly team meetings. To report all errors using internal reporting systems (EQMS/ Datix) and follow up with QA and relay information to Production staff for CAPA. To attend and contribute to all relevant meetings as required by the department leads e.g production meetings, departmental meetings, education and training. RESPONSIBILITY FOR POLICY AND SERVICE DEVELOPMENT To support the Principal Pharmacists to determine which Specials medicines can be prepared within the capability of the unit. To be responsible, for the qualification, commissioning and validation of new manufacturing facilities and equipment and subsequent requalification activities. To ensure adequate procedures are written and staff training is carried out, to ensure safe operation. To ensure that the facilities and practices within the Pharmacy Manufacturing Unit meet the standards expected by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEADING AND MANAGING Complete all general management duties in line with trust policy. To oversee the running of the teams and assist/support in the absence of the senior technician. To ensure that communication channels exist within all areas of Pharmacy Production so that staff, at all levels, are kept up to date with information that is appropriate to their role. To ensure that regular staff meetings take place to ensure two way communications between junior staff and management. Ensure section KPIs are monitored and fulfilled on a monthly basis and provide data and support end of month reporting. RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION RESOURCES To work in strict compliance and accordance with MHRA guidance Note 14 The supply of unlicensed medicinal products specials. Ensure compliance with GMP, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), GCP and Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) regulation and guidance. Operate under the quality management system and attend self-inspections with quality assurance team. Position: CCTV Controller/Operator
Location: Central London (EC3)
Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour
Hours: Average 42 hours per week
Shifts: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights


Job Requirements:

SIA CCTV Licence required
SIA Licence (DS or SG) required
Corporate CCTV security experience required
Excellent PC skills and Microsoft knowledge required
Experience of working in a demanding, high-pressure environment
Excellent understanding of access control & CCTV systems
Customer focused, with a strong knowledge of customer service skills
Demonstrate a strong aptitude for multi-tasking
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Team player, who will support colleagues and provide ideas to improve service delivery
Ability to think and act quickly in emergency incidents or under pressure


Job Requirements:

Deliver and encourage outstanding customer service delivery
Ensure that all security personnel always adhere to their duties and policies and procedures of the site, reporting any breach of these to the Control Supervisor
To monitor the CCTV cameras within the Security Control Room
Arrange for the collation and viewing of CCTV images in response to incident management, in line with the CCTV Code of Practice
Prepare and maintain the Security Control Room equipment for operational use and the Security Control Room is kept tidy
To monitor, operate and report all Security Control Room technologies (intruder alarms, access control systems, BMS, fire alarm system, lift intercoms, lift monitoring stations)
To be conversant with all life safety systems and assist in responding to all emergencies promptly as illustrated in the Assignment Instructions
Inspect equipment for failures and faults, reporting these in line with procedures
Maintain accurate daily electronic occurrence log records (via the CIS HUB)
Maintain the MyTag system, ensuring all assets are accounted for, all patrols are completed, and all compliance checks are completed - Reporting any discrepancies on the MyTAG system to your Control Supervisor
Producing site access control passes
Responsible for the administration of lost & found property
Book on all members of the security team correctly at the start of each shift
Report any issues or incidents to the Control Supervisor or Duty Security Manager
Respond to all incidents in line with policies and procedures
Ensure all incidents and issues are formally investigated and recorded
Provide effective support during incidents and lead incident response in the Control Supervisor’s absence
To cover for the Control Supervisor in any instance of absence

Role Purpose

Our food menus are incredibly important at B&K, so naturally a strong and professional kitchen team are absolutely essential to the success of the brewpub. You will live and breathe food, be passionate about detail and take pride in your work. Excellent communication skills are key within this role as is developing rapport with the wider team, understanding the shared goals and working collaboratively to achieve them.

As part of our Kitchen Team, you’ll be preparing & cooking food in our kitchens with a range of different equipment, you’ll ensure your Brewpub kitchen adheres to all food safety regulations and work cohesively with your team to deliver flawless execution and a great guest experience.
