CAGLA

- Performs a broad range of standard receiving assignments.

- Operates forklift trucks (up to and including SOK) or overhead bridge cranes and automated material handling and identification equipment to include mobile stock selectors and electromechanical automated equipment, such as high-rise automated storage and retrieval vehicles to move, stack and unstack, load and unload, bin, and position material.

- Performs a broad range of standard storage assignments.

- Performs material handling duties, including the use of tools and other equipment, in a safe manner, utilizing safety practices and procedures, and complying with established safety rules and regulations.

- Drive one or more types of trucks such as pickup, panel, and flatbed trucks, which typically have a gross vehicle weight of 10,000 pounds or less, on an installation at low speeds.

• Preparation and management of project documentation such as test request and delivery orders;
• Management of inventory entries and project materials tracking;
• Prepare reports for inventory and production;
• Overseeing production progress based on goods delivery documentation;
• Preparation of monthly progress claims, quotations and documentations to justify project claims;
• Takeoff material quantity for on-going projects and tenders based on drawings;
• Assistance in ISO audit paperwork
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Responsibilities:

1. To assist Production Manager on production planning and implementation

2. To take charge of the essential oil production section to meet production targets

3. To upkeep production equipment with regular maintenance plan

4. To liaise with Shipping Department on local & overseas delivery arrangements

5. To maintain ISO 9001’s QMS, SOPs, and related documents

6. To conduct Internal Quality Audit, and liaise with external ISO auditors

7. Any other administrative duties as assigned by Production Manager

Requirements:

1. Diploma/ITE/O level

2. Minimum 1~2 year experience

3. Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills and matured personality

4. Meticulous and ability to work independently

5. Good PC knowledge and proficient in the use of Words, Excel, and Powerpoint

6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associate

Five and a half working days from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm during weekday and 8.00am to 12.00pm on Saturday.

Salary: $2300 Basic
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 6pm)
Work Location: Toh Guan Road East (near Jurong East MRT Station)
Work Terms: Yearly Renewal Contract with full benefits including bonuses

Duties:
• Operate slitting machines for all kinds of slitting jobs.
• Understand and ensure safety precautions are carried out at all times.
• Prepare materials according to the slitting job sheet.
• Check the measurement of the finished product in accordance to the process plan sheet.
• Check the quality of the finished product.
• Pack and label the finished product.
• Maintenance of the slitting machine.
• Perform a wide variety of store duties.
• Assist in updating in-house inventory system.
• Assist in packing of materials when required.

Requirements:
• GCE ‘N’ Level
• Able to read and converse simple English
• Preferably with experience handling machinery in production line.
• Physically fit as handling of heavy products is expected. However, products above 25kg will be managed with machinery
