Role Responsibility:

* To assist the team leader when compiling reports
* Ensure regular checks of the equipment and machines used during the working day. Any faults/defects to be reported to GMP

* To attend training sessions appertaining to post.

The position is a full time/permanent recycling machine operator, firstly operating and feeding the pressing and bailing machine with future training on other processes. A FLT licence is needed for this role.

Staff are frequently required to work under their own initiative and make immediate decisions in the event of problems, especially when working unsupervised or alone. All staff endeavour to meet agreed response times however abnormal fluctuations (emergencies, lone working) can significantly increase pressures on the service.

The post carries considerable responsibility with information being complex/sensitive and extremely confidential where efficiency, accuracy and a caring attitude are always required.

What you'll get to do as a Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly and Integration)

• In charge of compiling and updating manufacturing instructions.
• Responsible for designing, commissioning, and testing the associated tooling.
• Assist in the industrial validation process using tools such as FMEAs and FAIs.
• Resolve technical problems that may arise during the manufacturing process and update route card to reflect changes because of re-works in activities
• To ensure proper configuration control, it's essential to incorporate design modifications into the manufacturing instructions.
• Support the Non-Conformance Process using SAP.
