• Regularly perform electrical safety check for all machines and equipment in HmjP.
• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of electrical safety policies and regulations within
  department respective to the assigned area of responsibility.
• Guidance, oversight and supervision of works that may have electrical hazard and electrical installation in the
  assigned area of responsibility.
• Create all the necessary instructions or regulations for the electrotechnical activities and cooperate with other
  departments to do risk assessments for electrical installation and electrical machine/equipment use.
• Provide MAE's electrical details and MAE's electrical standard document to all concerned departments.
• Support other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Take a lead on MAE's mechanical problem solving & solution implementation in shop floor
• Provide MAE's mechanical details and issue MAE's mechanical standard document for Maintenance.
• Work with spare part team to ensure availability of critical spare part for production equipment and machines.

• Incoming spare parts Inspection and components to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Supplier Collaboration to address quality concerns, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions.
• Documentation and Reporting of incoming spare parts inspections, test results, and quality documentation. Prepare and present regular reports on the quality performance of incoming spare parts, highlighting any areas of improvement.
• Ensure compliance with tool shop quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and update quality control processes.
• Continuous Improvement in incoming quality assurance procedures. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
• Support Precision tool shop to ensure all tooling are produced efficiently on time and in line with quality standards.
• Daily management at Bosch standard. 5S, TPM, LPC, ISO, CIP and Cost tracking.
