Job Description:

· Operate fixed shear equipment with stationary grab used to cut the process steel scrap.

· Commit to plant safety procedures. Ensure all relevant safety measures are adhered prior to application of permit-to-work.

· Maintenance activities and supporting plant operation to minimize downtime.

· Assist in the maintenance of mobile machineries like Liebherr 954, Cat 336 Grapple / Magnetic and Volvo 480 Grapple.

· Ensure 5S housekeeping to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the plant area including control room, lightings are all function, appropriate tools and equipment are in working condition.

· Target for incident free and reliable operations, including timely and proper maintenance of systems.

· Ensure tools and equipment are replenished timely, reinstated and maintained.

· Provide immediate response to incidents and emergencies.

· Any job assigned by the Engineer and Manager.
