Job Responsibilities:

• To perform mechanical fitting job, machine assembly and maintenance, which requires knowledge of machine fits and tolerances
• To lead a team of technicians in preventive maintenance, checking and inspection, troubleshooting, repairs and overhauls of machinery and equipment having assigned and allocated resources to meet targets through planned and scheduled annual maintenance activities
• To carry out metal working for hot works
• To execute welding work
• To operate heavy machinery and perform lifting works
• To read mechanical drawing

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least secondary school education/ NITEC
• Past experiences in heavy industry/ metal fabrication shops/ machine maintenance will be preferred
• Candidate should possess basic knowledge of computer and data entry, and basic command of English (ability to read, write and speak)
• Able to work rotation shift and weekends

• Provide electrical and technical support to the Operations team with electrical troubleshooting
• Prepare electrical spares in workshops to be in acceptable working conditions
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and PLC troubleshooting to increase productivity and lower maintenance cost with high uptime
• Optimize power system to ensure sustainability
• Create and maintain electrical drawing library documenting machine details and modifications
• Ensure top notch Safety, housekeeping and greenery in area of work
• Support all improvement projects such as machine, productivity and safety improvement projects

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE N Level, NITEC / ITE, or equivalent
• Candidate with no working experience are welcome to apply
• Min 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
• Able to interpret electrical circuit and diagram
• Able to work independently as well as a team player

Job Description

1. To troubleshoot and resolve electrical equipment breakdowns, lead a team of technicians in preventive maintenance, checking and inspection, troubleshooting, repairs and overhauls of machinery and equipment, in company’s safety initiatives requirements
2. Achieving 0 LTIF target through ensuring safety procedures are followed through SOP, TRA, employees wearing full PPE during work, developing safety procedures
3. Managing electrical breakdowns of all machines through diagnosing the cause of electrical malfunction or failure of operational equipment
4. Managing energy saving/improvement projects to ensure on time and correct implementation according to electrical installation standards. Perform interpretation of circuit/single line diagram, data gathering and planning.
5. Analyse and edit existing PLC applications to improve functionality.
6. Improving safety by performing 5S housekeeping activities by performing housekeeping inspections twice a week and ensuring designated areas are well-kept
7. Ensure electrical maintenance cost is controlled within allocated budget. Spare parts management to ensure sufficient stock for maintenance and emergency usage.
8. Prepare documents or reports required by section head.
9. Conduct training for technicians and supervisor
10. Calibration of sensors and equipment.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Familiar with Electrical power distribution, high tension
3. Proficient in PLC programming
4. Proven experience of supervising and managing mechanical site activities for large scale manufacturing project from inception to completion.
5. Possess strong orientation towards results.
6. Effective communication, both in verbal and written form English and Chinese.
7. Possess good teamwork capabilities
8. Possess good project and time management.

Job Description

1. Deploys Engineering decision-making to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical equipment breakdowns
2. Identify and address potential issues before they escalate to prevent unplanned downtime.
3. Achieving 0 LTIF target through ensuring safety procedures are followed through SOP, TRA, employees wearing full PPE during work, developing safety procedures
4. To support the section in terms of external resources/vendor management
5. To drive safety, cost, energy and reliability improvement projects in MSP through application of Mechanical integrity and quality assurance
6. Recommend and implement modifications or upgrades to enhance machinery reliability.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
8. Perform root cause analysis and work towards resolutions
9. Oversee all required engineering qualification tests on project; ensure compliance with all outside parties involved
10. Participate in test runs and field installations
11. Analysing and interpreting data
12. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in mechanical maintenance.
13. Provide training to maintenance technicians and operators on equipment usage and maintenance procedures

Job Requirements
