ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave , in order to minimize downtime.
- Ensure office cleaniness and file labels
- Preparation of Consolidation Data for Recruitment Job posting
- Conduct Interview
- Update of Recruitment activities
- Liaise with functional managers to develop and implement local recruitment strategies that are appropriate for their projects need.
- Evaluate external labour market conditions and internal employees turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the organisation’s recruitment and reward strategies
- Retirement and Re-employment Exercise
- Monitor and ensure Man Year Entitlement, Quota in balance and sufficient.
- Conduct Orientation – New Staff on board
- To coordinate and update, look into burden and salary banding of the organization
- Keep Manpower Loading plan updated time to time and look ahead for the manpower arrangement
- Conduct meeting on Recruitment updates for Management
- Other adhoc administrative matters by management
