Job Title: Facilities Assistant
Salary: £24,150 per annum
Hours: 37.5hrs per week Mon - Friday
Location: Bolton BL1
My client is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, Facilities Assistant to support our facilities team including our Regional Facilities Managers to ensure that processes are managed across our growing business.
Who they are looking for:
- An experienced Facilities Assistant to act as help desk administrator as first line response to new work orders and calls
- You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Expansive Facilities Management system
- You will play an active role in supporting clinical staff in new sites, from set up period through to providing support following opening.
- You will review quarterly Health Check Audits and deliver comprehensive reports to the Senior Facilities Manager & COO detailing Regional Facilities Manager performance.
- You will manage several data trackers with the latest detail to support the function
- You will support the colleagues within the facilities team with adhoc admin tasks and information collation.
- You will ensure all contractors provide details annually to support our H&S obligations, collate contractor RA's RAMS, Insurance details etc and store in the appropriate location.
- For the above, previous experience within a facilities function is a must
- You will have proven experience in providing administrative support
- Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate excellent organisation skills
- Have skill in MS Office applications
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills
