Our client is a leading company that is dedicated to supporting customers that are supplied into a range of industries, their product quality is recognised as second to none. Due to growth and expansion into various export markets they are looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to join their close-knit team, ideally be based around Worcester or somewhere in the Midlands. You will have responsibility for a number of manufacturing sites across the UK, Ireland and some responsibility for Israel
What type of person are we looking for? First and foremost, we are looking for somebody who has experience in playing an active and integral role managing engineering teams. Working alongside the Engineering Manager, the Regional Maintenance Manager is to be a key member of the leadership team

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high performing team across maintenance and service
Oversee and optimise service levels, ensuring adherence to KPI's
Drive improvements in a right first time environment for technicians and contractors
Control and optimise maintenance management systems capabilities and minimize costs
Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Adhere to and manage the approved budget
Key Skills & Experience
Degree or qualified through significant engineering or business experience.
Proven Team management experience (+50 employees)
Strategically abilities lead the team and execute work plans
High capabilities of data analyzing to identify and drive through process improvements
Strong technical knowledge within the chemical, process, petrochemical or gas industry
