Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join our KIA dealership in Bletchley.

As a vehicle technician you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:


Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes


This position is offered on a full-time working contract of 41.33 hours a week paying £30,000 with and an OTE of £40,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Vehicle Technician earnings were £42,000 last year, with our higher performing technicians earning on average £58,000!

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:


A full UK driving licence
Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial
Fantastic verbal and written English skills
Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)

We are currently recruiting a level 3 qualified Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician for YOLO Recruitment clients main car dealership, in Milton Keynes.

As a Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician you will be reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

You will be a qualified mechanic with a minimum Level 3 qualification.

You will be working in a busy fast paced workshop maintaining our customer’s vehicle to the highest standard carrying out inspections, repairs and service checks following Health & Safety regulations.

You will also need to have your own tools and a full manual UK DL.

Duties:
• Servicing of vehicles
• Diagnostics of vehicles
• General repairs
• Carry out mot testing

Hours for the Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician : Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.30.
